This Privacy Policy explains how YouVideo ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use https://youvideo.tech (the "Service"). YouVideo is an AI tool that creates short faceless videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels and, if you choose, uploads them to your own YouTube channel.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), the date you joined, your plan and the language you use.
• Google Sign-In: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares with us your name, email address and profile picture, and your Google account ID. We store only your name, email address and Google account ID; we do not store your profile picture. We request only the scopes openid, email and profile.
• YouTube connection: if you click "Connect YouTube", we ask Google for permission to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload). We store the access and refresh tokens Google gives us, and basic information about the connected channel (channel ID and channel name) when Google provides it, so we can show you which channel is connected.
• TikTok and Instagram connection: if you click "Connect TikTok" or "Connect Instagram", TikTok or Instagram (Meta) asks you for permission to let us publish videos to your account. We request only basic profile access (account ID and name/username) and permission to publish content. We store the access tokens and the account ID and name, so we can post the videos you choose and show you which account is connected. To post on Instagram, we give Instagram a private link to the video that expires after 3 hours.
• Your content: the topics, prompts and settings you enter (style, voice, language, length, schedule) and the scripts, images, voiceovers and videos we generate for you, plus the status of uploads you ask us to make.
• Payments: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of each purchase (plan, amount, date, email) for accounting and tax purposes.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or the AI help chat.
• Technical data: IP address and basic server logs needed for security and to prevent abuse. Your IP address is also used, without being stored, to show the website in the language of your country (IP database by DB-IP, processed on our own server).

2. How we use Google user data

We use data received from Google only for these purposes:

• To sign you in with your Google account (name, email, Google account ID).
• To upload videos to your own YouTube channel — only the videos you explicitly choose to publish, either with the "Post now" button or by turning on auto-posting for a series.

Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to build user profiles, and is not used to train or improve any AI or machine-learning models. Humans at YouVideo do not read your Google data, except with your permission (for example, to help with a support request), for security reasons, or where required by law.

YouVideo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use your other data

To create and manage your account, make your videos, process payments, send service emails (for example "your video is ready" or payment confirmations), answer support requests, keep the Service secure and comply with the law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that we need to run the Service, and only what they need:

• OpenAI (AI provider) — the topic, prompt and script text, to generate the script, images and voiceover of your videos.
• Hosting provider (Hostinger) — our servers, where the database and videos are stored.
• Payment provider (Stripe) — to process payments.
• Email provider — to send service emails.
• Google / YouTube — the videos you choose to upload to your channel.
• TikTok / Instagram (Meta) — the videos and captions you choose to publish on your accounts.

Google user data (your Google account data, tokens and YouTube data) is never sent to AI providers. We may also disclose data if required by law.

5. Storage & security

The Service is available only over HTTPS. Google and YouTube OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our server and are used only by the server to perform the actions described above. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to the server is restricted to the operator. Our servers are located in the European Union (Germany).

6. Retention & deletion

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• You can disconnect YouTube at any time in Dashboard → Connected accounts. We then revoke the access at Google and delete the stored tokens immediately.
• You can also disconnect TikTok or Instagram there at any time; we delete the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove YouVideo in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites; we then delete the connection automatically.
• You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Account. This deletes your account, all stored Google tokens and Google user data, your series, videos and messages. Access tokens are revoked at Google before deletion.
• You can also ask us by email at bestservices966@gmail.com to delete your data; we handle deletion requests within 30 days.
• Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. To make sure each person gets only one free video, we keep a one-way encrypted fingerprint (hash) of the email address that used it; this cannot be turned back into your email address.

7. YouTube API Services

YouVideo uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your channel. By connecting your YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke YouVideo's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, in addition to using the "Disconnect" button in your dashboard.

8. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in (and a short-lived security cookie during Google sign-in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice (EN/IT) is saved in your browser's local storage.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access your data, correct it, receive a copy (export), have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, write to bestservices966@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The legal bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, your consent (for example, connecting YouTube) and legal obligations.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, inform you by email or on the website.

YouVideo è uno strumento di intelligenza artificiale che crea brevi video faceless per TikTok, YouTube Shorts e Instagram Reels e, se lo desideri, li carica sul tuo canale YouTube.

1. Dati che raccogliamo

• Dati dell'account: nome, indirizzo email e password (conservata solo come hash sicuro), data di registrazione, piano e lingua utilizzata.
• Accesso con Google: se scegli "Continua con Google", Google ci comunica nome, indirizzo email, immagine del profilo e ID dell'account Google. Conserviamo solo nome, email e ID dell'account Google; non conserviamo l'immagine del profilo. Richiediamo solo gli ambiti openid, email e profile.
• Collegamento a YouTube: se fai clic su "Collega YouTube", chiediamo a Google l'autorizzazione a caricare video sul tuo canale YouTube per tuo conto (ambito https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload). Conserviamo i token di accesso e di aggiornamento forniti da Google e le informazioni di base del canale collegato (ID e nome del canale) quando Google le fornisce, per mostrarti quale canale è collegato.
• Collegamento a TikTok e Instagram: se fai clic su "Collega TikTok" o "Collega Instagram", TikTok o Instagram (Meta) ti chiede l'autorizzazione a farci pubblicare video sul tuo account. Chiediamo solo l'accesso di base al profilo (ID account e nome/username) e il permesso di pubblicare contenuti. Conserviamo i token di accesso, l'ID e il nome dell'account, per pubblicare i video che scegli e mostrarti quale account è collegato. Per pubblicare su Instagram, forniamo a Instagram un link privato al video che scade dopo 3 ore.
• I tuoi contenuti: argomenti, prompt e impostazioni che inserisci (stile, voce, lingua, durata, programmazione) e i copioni, le immagini, le voci e i video che generiamo per te, oltre allo stato dei caricamenti che ci chiedi di effettuare.
• Pagamenti: i pagamenti sono gestiti dal nostro fornitore di pagamenti (Stripe). Non riceviamo né conserviamo il numero completo della carta. Conserviamo un registro di ogni acquisto (piano, importo, data, email) per fini contabili e fiscali.
• Messaggi: ciò che ci invii tramite il modulo di contatto o la chat di assistenza IA.
• Dati tecnici: indirizzo IP e log di base del server necessari per la sicurezza e per prevenire abusi. L'indirizzo IP viene inoltre usato, senza essere conservato, per mostrare il sito nella lingua del tuo paese (database IP di DB-IP, elaborato sul nostro server).

2. Come utilizziamo i dati degli utenti Google

Utilizziamo i dati ricevuti da Google solo per questi scopi:

• Farti accedere con il tuo account Google (nome, email, ID dell'account Google).
• Caricare video sul tuo canale YouTube — solo i video che scegli esplicitamente di pubblicare, con il pulsante "Pubblica ora" o attivando la pubblicazione automatica per una serie.

I dati degli utenti Google non vengono usati per la pubblicità, non vengono venduti, non vengono usati per creare profili e non vengono usati per addestrare o migliorare modelli di intelligenza artificiale o di apprendimento automatico. Il personale di YouVideo non legge i tuoi dati Google, salvo con il tuo consenso (ad esempio per una richiesta di assistenza), per motivi di sicurezza o se richiesto dalla legge.

L'uso e il trasferimento da parte di YouVideo ad altre app delle informazioni ricevute dalle API di Google rispetteranno le Norme relative ai dati utente dei servizi API di Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), inclusi i requisiti di Uso limitato (Limited Use).

3. Come utilizziamo gli altri dati

Per creare e gestire il tuo account, realizzare i tuoi video, elaborare i pagamenti, inviare email di servizio (ad esempio "il tuo video è pronto" o le conferme di pagamento), rispondere alle richieste di assistenza, mantenere sicuro il Servizio e rispettare la legge.

4. Condivisione

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. Li condividiamo solo con i fornitori necessari per far funzionare il Servizio, e solo quanto serve:

• OpenAI (fornitore di IA) — argomento, prompt e testo del copione, per generare copione, immagini e voce dei video.
• Fornitore di hosting (Hostinger) — i nostri server, dove sono conservati database e video.
• Fornitore di pagamenti (Stripe) — per elaborare i pagamenti.
• Fornitore email — per inviare le email di servizio.
• Google / YouTube — i video che scegli di caricare sul tuo canale.
• TikTok / Instagram (Meta) — i video e le didascalie che scegli di pubblicare sui tuoi account.

I dati degli utenti Google (dati dell'account Google, token e dati YouTube) non vengono mai inviati ai fornitori di IA. Potremmo inoltre comunicare dati se richiesto dalla legge.

5. Conservazione e sicurezza

Il Servizio è disponibile solo tramite HTTPS. I token OAuth di Google e YouTube sono conservati cifrati (AES-256-GCM) sul nostro server e vengono usati solo dal server per le azioni descritte sopra. Le password sono conservate come hash con salt. L'accesso al server è riservato al titolare. I nostri server si trovano nell'Unione Europea (Germania).

6. Durata della conservazione e cancellazione

• Conserviamo i tuoi dati finché il tuo account è attivo.
• Puoi scollegare YouTube in qualsiasi momento da Dashboard → Account collegati. Revochiamo subito l'accesso presso Google e cancelliamo i token conservati.
• Puoi anche scollegare TikTok o Instagram in qualsiasi momento dalla stessa pagina; cancelliamo subito i token conservati. Puoi anche rimuovere YouVideo da Instagram → Impostazioni → App e siti web; in quel caso cancelliamo automaticamente il collegamento.
• Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento da Dashboard → Account. Vengono eliminati l'account, tutti i token Google e i dati degli utenti Google conservati, le serie, i video e i messaggi. I token di accesso vengono revocati presso Google prima della cancellazione.
• Puoi anche chiederci la cancellazione via email a bestservices966@gmail.com; gestiamo le richieste entro 30 giorni.
• I dati degli acquisti sono conservati per il tempo richiesto dalla normativa contabile e fiscale. Per garantire un solo video gratuito per persona, conserviamo un'impronta cifrata non reversibile (hash) dell'indirizzo email che lo ha usato; non può essere riconvertita nel tuo indirizzo email.

7. Servizi API di YouTube

YouVideo utilizza i servizi API di YouTube (YouTube API Services) per caricare video sul tuo canale. Collegando il tuo account YouTube accetti i Termini di servizio di YouTube; il trattamento dei tuoi dati da parte di Google è descritto nelle Norme sulla privacy di Google. Puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento l'accesso di YouVideo al tuo account Google su https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, oltre che con il pulsante "Scollega" nella dashboard.

8. Cookie

Utilizziamo un solo cookie essenziale per mantenerti connesso (e un cookie di sicurezza di breve durata durante l'accesso con Google). Non utilizziamo cookie pubblicitari o di tracciamento. La scelta della lingua (EN/IT) è salvata nella memoria locale del browser.

9. I tuoi diritti (GDPR)

Hai diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, rettificarli, riceverne una copia (portabilità), chiederne la cancellazione, limitarne od opporti al trattamento e revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Per esercitare questi diritti scrivi a bestservices966@gmail.com. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo all'autorità di controllo per la protezione dei dati (in Italia, il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Le basi giuridiche del trattamento sono l'esecuzione del contratto con te, il nostro legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del Servizio, il tuo consenso (ad esempio per collegare YouTube) e gli obblighi di legge.

10. Minori

Il Servizio non è destinato ai minori di 16 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati.

11. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questa informativa. Modificheremo la data di "Ultimo aggiornamento" e, per modifiche importanti, ti avviseremo via email o sul sito.
