These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YouVideo at https://youvideo.tech (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

YouVideo provides AI tools that create short faceless videos from topics you provide (script, images, voiceover, captions and music) and, if you connect your accounts, can upload the videos you choose to YouTube and other platforms.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe and for everything done with it. Please give accurate information.
Each email address can make one free video. After that, a paid plan is needed. Plans are paid once by card through our payment provider (Stripe), are activated right after payment and last 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). There is no automatic renewal. Each plan includes a number of video credits; a video that fails to render does not use a credit. Prices are shown on the website and at checkout.
Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately after purchase, by buying a plan you request that the Service start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once video credits are used. If you have a problem with a payment, contact us and we will review it fairly. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You may not use the Service to create or publish illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, harassing, deceptive or misleading content, content that infringes other people's rights (including copyright, trademarks and privacy), spam, or content that breaks the rules of the platforms you post to. We may refuse, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You own the videos created for you and may use them commercially, including on monetised channels, subject to these Terms and the rules of each platform. You are responsible for what you publish. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; please review videos before posting. You give us permission to process your inputs and videos only as needed to provide the Service.
Connecting YouTube is optional. By connecting your YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Your use of Google data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy. We upload only the videos you choose. You can disconnect at any time in your dashboard or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content you publish, or for decisions of third-party platforms (for example, a platform removing a video). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, inform you in advance by email or on the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the service is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

YouVideo offre strumenti di intelligenza artificiale che creano brevi video faceless a partire dagli argomenti che fornisci (copione, immagini, voce, sottotitoli e musica) e, se colleghi i tuoi account, può caricare i video che scegli su YouTube e altre piattaforme.
Devi avere almeno 16 anni ed essere in grado di concludere un contratto vincolante. Sei responsabile del tuo account, della sicurezza della password e di tutto ciò che viene fatto con esso. Fornisci informazioni corrette.
Ogni indirizzo email può creare un video gratuito. Successivamente è necessario un piano a pagamento. I piani si pagano una sola volta con carta tramite il nostro fornitore di pagamenti (Stripe), si attivano subito dopo il pagamento e durano 30 giorni (mensile) o 365 giorni (annuale). Non c'è rinnovo automatico. Ogni piano include un numero di crediti video; un video che non viene completato non consuma crediti. I prezzi sono indicati sul sito e al momento del pagamento.
Poiché il Servizio è un contenuto digitale fornito subito dopo l'acquisto, acquistando un piano chiedi che il Servizio inizi immediatamente e prendi atto di perdere il diritto di recesso una volta utilizzati i crediti video. In caso di problemi con un pagamento contattaci e valuteremo la richiesta in modo equo. Restano salvi i diritti previsti dalle norme inderogabili a tutela dei consumatori.
Non puoi usare il Servizio per creare o pubblicare contenuti illegali, d'odio, violenti, sessuali, molesti, ingannevoli o fuorvianti, contenuti che violano i diritti altrui (inclusi diritto d'autore, marchi e privacy), spam o contenuti che violano le regole delle piattaforme su cui pubblichi. Possiamo rifiutare o rimuovere contenuti o sospendere gli account che violano queste regole.
I video creati per te sono tuoi e puoi usarli anche a fini commerciali, inclusi i canali monetizzati, nel rispetto di questi Termini e delle regole di ogni piattaforma. Sei responsabile di ciò che pubblichi. I contenuti generati dall'IA possono contenere errori: controlla i video prima di pubblicarli. Ci autorizzi a trattare i tuoi input e i tuoi video solo per quanto necessario a fornire il Servizio.
Il collegamento a YouTube è facoltativo. Collegando il tuo account YouTube accetti di essere vincolato dai Termini di servizio di YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). L'uso dei dati Google è disciplinato anche dalle Norme sulla privacy di Google e dalla nostra Informativa sulla privacy. Carichiamo solo i video che scegli. Puoi scollegare l'account in qualsiasi momento dalla dashboard o su https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
